Fernandes is an experienced leader with more than 15 years in a multi-platform strategy & sales environment, encompassing; digital media, e-commerce, print media, newspapers, broadcast, custom publishing, data & tech solutions and event management/sponsorship. Her management experience includes roles at Rogers Media, CanWest Media, Transcontinental (TC Media) as well as Globe & Mail.
During her time at Transcontinental, Andrea worked as the Vice President of Digital Sales & 360 Integrated Solutions team. She was instrumental in re-structuring the company sales organization providing a more streamlined multi-platform service solution for clients to maximize revenues. Andrea developed several incremental revenue strategies including representing over 50 US publishers in Canada and expanding the Transcontinental sales team in the USA with a New York based office.
At JONES, Fernandes manages client services including: Client strategy development, investment negotiations, media planning & buying strategies and marketing analytics analysis & insights. She is seasoned in sales & operations as well as, project management, optimization tactics, creative development, and data & tech integration. Her client success team is driven to provide outstanding client servicing with exceptional program performance results.
