Summary

Reporting to the VP, Sales Operations, the Client Success Specialist will manage a campaign from end-to-end and be pivotal to a campaign’s success. They will coordinate and effectively communicate between internal teams and external parties in the setup, launch, ongoing execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to ensure all client needs are met to the fullest extent.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Account Management of advertising campaigns
  • Working closely with all relevant parties on campaign creation and delivery across all revenue generating opportunities
  • Asking questions and communicating effectively to your manager, sales, and most importantly, our clients
  • Project management of client/sale/partner throughout campaign
  • Communicating ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers/agencies and sales
  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns across all ad serving systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Management of campaign performance, delivery, & optimization against set KPIs or industry benchmarks
  • Working with Ad Operations to troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting
  • Maintaining ongoing liaison with clients, advertisers, 3rd party vendors, and internal departments, to ensure campaign goals and objectives are satisfied
  • Launch, Mid & Final reporting & wrap up deck management
  • Provide customer service support for advertisers, agencies, publishers, and associated internal teams such as finance, sales, & product
  • Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Requirements

  • Adept at problem solving
  • A post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales or another related discipline an asset
  • Ad operations experience an asset
  • French language an asset
